The Gala is the primary source of funding for the KCSF’s student leadership development programs. Your support enables us to nurture a wide range of young Canadians to reach their full potential as future leaders in the community.
Last year, thanks to generous support from corporations and individuals, we were able to raise nearly $80,000 for the KCSF’s scholarship, bursary and student development programs. It was a sold-out event with 300 people in attendance.
KCSF takes pride in itself on creating on a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership with its stakeholders. This year, we hope to continue the success of the KCSF Scholarship Night Gala through our sponsor partners.
The Goals of the KCSF Scholarship Night Gala
Celebrate Achievements The Goals of the KCSF Scholarship Night Gala Build Partnerships and Awareness In order to fulfill our mandate, KCSF needs resources and financial support. The KCSF Scholarship Night Gala will help raise vital funds to support our efforts in providing scholarships, bursaries and leadership development programs to high-school students, post-secondary students and young professionals. Our goal is to raise $100,000 this year.
Build Partnerships and Awareness
The Gala presents an opportunity to foster existing partnerships and to build new partnerships with various stakeholders. It also provides an opportunity to showcase our programs, our scholars and alumni and most importantly the impact that the beneficiaries are making in the community. It is also a platform to formally recognize our generous supporters and volunteers. Overall, the Gala is an opportunity to strengthen our community.
