Investing in Potential. Developing Future Leaders.
For nearly 50 years, the Korean Canadian Scholarship Foundation (KCSF) has invested in the education and potential of post-secondary students. With the generous support of our donors and community partners, KCSF awards scholarships each year to students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, community involvement, perseverance, and future potential.
KCSF scholarships are about more than financial support. Scholarship recipients join a growing community of students, alumni, mentors, and leaders and participate in opportunities designed to support their personal, professional, and leadership development.
More Than a Scholarship: KCSF LEAD
KCSF believes that investing in students means supporting more than their education. It also means creating opportunities to develop the skills, relationships, experiences, and confidence that will help them succeed.
Beginning in 2027, all KCSF scholarship recipients are expected to participate in the Leadership, Engagement, Advancement & Development (LEAD) Program, KCSF's flagship leadership-development program for KCSF Scholars.
Through LEAD, Scholars participate in leadership and professional development, connect with peers and mentors, engage with the Korean Canadian community, and apply their learning through practical experiences.
Applicants should consider their ability and willingness to participate in LEAD when applying for a KCSF scholarship.
